【摘要】 目的 :观察冠心宁、银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :治疗组 5 2例予冠心宁注射液、银杏叶注射液各 1 0mL ,每日一次静脉滴注 ,疗程 2W ,其它治疗方法与对照组 5 0例相同。分别观察主要症状、体征变化 ,记录心绞痛发作次数 ,监测心电图、血粘度变化。结果 :治疗组心绞痛、心电图总有效率 ( 94.0 %、88.0 %)与对照组有效率 ( 70 .0 %、68.0 %)比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组的血粘度的降低明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :冠心宁、银杏叶注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Guanxinning injection and Ginkgo leaf injection on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:52 patients in treatment group were treated with Guanxinning injection and Ginkgo leaves injection ,each 10mL once a day,with a treatment course of 2W.And other treatment was the same as the control group therapeutic.The control gruop was 50 cases.The sysmptoms、ECG and blood viscosity of patients were observed.Results:The totale effective rates in angina pectoris and ECG of treatrment group were 94.0% and 68.0% respectively,compared with 70.0% and 68.0% in control group,there were siguificant differences between two groups(P<0.05),There was also a singnificant difference in the improvement of patient’s blood viscosity between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guanxinning injection and Ginkgo leaf injection is effective in treation coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.更多还原
