【Abstract】 With the indepth development of economic system reform, the demand for financing in social economic life is on rise. The system change and build - up for large and medium enterprises and the quest for development by private enterprises will depend even more on capital market. Security industry therefore becomes a developing trade in our country and the demand for security personnel is not only big but shows clear levels of the senior decision markers, managers and more applied operators with strong professional skills working on the grassroots.
