Si3N4/[SiC+B4C]复合陶瓷的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Si3N4/[SiC+B4C] Composite Ceramic
【摘要】 采用高分散、高稳定混合水悬浮液方法制备Si3 N4/ [SiC +B4C]复合陶瓷 ,研究了亚微米B4C含量对Si3 N4/ [SiC+B4C]复合陶瓷性能的影响以及断裂相变量与性能的关系 ,讨论了B4C应力诱导相变增韧机制与微米粒子强韧化机制迭加的可能性
【Abstract】 Methods of highly dispersed and stabilized mixing aqueous suspension were allied to prepare the Si3N4/[SiC+B4C] composites. The effects of B4C content on the properties of ceramics composites and the relationships between phase transformation volume during fracture and properties have been investigated. The possibility of add together the B4C(α) transformation toughened and particle strength-toughened mechanisms were discussed.
