【Abstract】 At present, the superheating of investment in China’s economic operation has done harm to the healthy development of economy. To strengthen the management of the overall allocation of the national economy, to make use of the market’s allocating effects on finance resources and the coordinating effects of currency policy and some other macroscopic economy policies, to speed up the reform of the political systems and that of the commercial bank, are the major measures to solve the present problems and the key to guarantee the stable development of China’s economy.更多还原
