【Abstract】 In this paper, the interrelation between the quality characteristics is fully considered during the course of new product design or product ameliorate in view of system by using the basic fundamental of QFD. Customer satisfaction and product quality characteristics are quantificationally described adopting the method of Benchmarking. Then, through introducing the concepts of expectation level,actual achieved level and so on, a model about product quality optimization design is established based on QFD. At the same time, this paper proposes a model to assess the validity of the input of resource and capability on the result of product design.;更多还原
