【摘要】 在分析了敏捷供应链特点的基础上概括了基于敏捷供应链管理的生产计划的特点,即信息集成、资源共享、动态响应和周期缩短等.系统地分析了制定生产计划时为保证其敏捷性,需要收集并处理的各种信息来源,按照信息周期与信息不确定性两维结构对这些信息进一步归类分析,探讨了其特征及信息集成的技术支撑环境.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of agile supply chain, this paper sums up the character of production planning based on agile supply chain management, and these characters are: information integration, resource sharing, dynamical response and shorting of cycle. All information are collected when production planning is made. According to two dimension structure of information-information cycle and information uncertainty, the information in the end are sorted and analyzed. Information support environment for agile supply chain production planning is discussed.更多还原
