信息场在加工变形与误差分析中的应用
The Use of Information Field in Machining Deformation and Errors Analysis
【摘要】 针对质量要求较高的铝质薄壳件、薄壁件的加工质量控制难度大,零件废品率较高的问题,本文引入信息场进行受力变形和误差预测的分析,将有限元软件进行的逐点受力变形分析与信息场信息存储及处理相结合,从而为加工预先进行误差估计,进行超差检测,已确定所选参数的合理性,为其后的CAPP、CAFD(计算机辅助夹具设计)等后续处理软件提供参考.
【Abstract】 As to high quality requirement of aluminium thin\|wall parts, waste parts rate is high and difficult to controll quality. Information field is used to analyse force deformation and errors (evaluation.) Information storage and dealing is combined with finite element software. So the error evaluation and over dimension test can be done beforehand. The selected parameters provide reference for the lateor software such as CAPP, CAFD.
