B9与多效唑提高早熟禾抗旱性生理机制的研究
Studies on the mechanism of B9 and PP333 increasing drought resistance of Poa annual
【摘要】 利用盆栽 ,研究了不同浓度生长延缓剂B9与多效唑对早熟禾Poasp 抗旱性的影响。结果表明 :在供水充足的生长时期 ,叶面喷施B9与多效唑 ,能够不同程度提高干旱条件下早熟禾的抗旱性。在土壤绝对含水量降至 14 %时 ,喷施了 0 3%B9与 0 2 %多效唑的叶片 ,与未喷施处理相比 ,其叶片叶绿素含量较高 ,硝酸还原酶 (NR)活性较高 ,叶片保水力增强 ,束缚水与自由水比值降低 ,脯氨酸含量降低 ,日平均干物质累积量增加。因此 ,在早熟禾生长时期叶面喷施 0 3%B9与 0 2 %多效唑 ,可以提高早熟禾在干旱条件下的抗旱性。对草坪节水灌溉也有重要意义
【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out with soil culture. The paper studied the effect of different concentration of B9 and PP333 on drought resistance of annual bluegrass. The results showed that spraying 0.3% B9 and 0.2% PP333 on leaves during the growth period increased the content of chlorophyll and nitrate reductase activity, enhanced water holding capability of leaf, decreased the Pro. Content while increased dry matter accumulation under the drought stress. So spraying 0.3% B9 and 0.2% PP333 can increase drought resistance of Poa sp., also make sense in turf water-saving (irrigation. )
