绿僵菌防治草原蝗虫田间效果

【摘要】 2种剂型绿僵菌Metarhiziumflavoviride防治草原蝗虫效果试验表明 :绿僵菌饵剂手撒后 ,祁连山痂蝗Bryodemaqilianshanenensis等几种蝗虫的死亡率随着时间的延长而逐渐增高。大田样筐取样调查显示 :7d的平均虫口密度由 5 2 3头 /m2 降至 1 7 6头 /m2 ,防效 66 5 % ,1 2d的平均虫口密度降至 1 1 8头 /m2 ,防效76 7% ;在绿僵菌油剂中 ,按 1∶1∶3的比例加入绿百克和 0号柴油 ,静电超低容量喷洒于蝗虫暴发区后 ,其防效较绿僵菌饵剂有所提高 ,大田样筐取样调查显示 :7d平均虫口密度由 39 1头 /m2 降至 9 4头 /m2 ,防效75 8% ,1 2d的平均虫口密度降至 5 6头 /m2 ,防效 84 6% ;蝗虫感病试验观察发现 :施药后3~ 4d出现感病死虫 ,此时的虫态多为 4~ 5龄若虫 ,成虫的死亡出现在施药后 2 5d ;2种试验剂型的持续控制效果较好 ,施药后 37d收集僵虫时 ,成虫仍在陆续死亡 ;绿僵菌对其他草地昆虫无害 ,无二次中毒 ,不污染环境 ,具有推广价值。

【Abstract】 The test for profit of two kind reagents of Metarhizium flavoviride preventing and controlling the grasshopper shows that: after hand-scattered the reagents of Metarhizium flavoviride, the death rate of grasshoppers such as bryodema qilianshanenensis etc. would Increase along the time. The sample investigation from the trial basis shows that: the average density of insects for 7 days decreased from 52.3 head/m~2 to 17.6 head/m~2. The profit of preventing and controlling the grasshopper is (66.5%). The average density of insects for 12 days decreased to 11.8 head/m~2. The profit of preventing and controlling the grasshopper is 76.7%. In the oil reagents of it, put the medicine Green Boic according to the component by rate of 1∶1∶3. After spayed it with super-lowest capacity of static electricity onto the areas where the grasshoppers had broken out, the profit of it is better than that of Metarhizium flavoviride. The sample investigation from the trial basis shows that: the average density of insects for seven days decreased from 39.1 head/m~2 to 9.4 head/m~2. The profit of preventing and controlling the grasshopper is 75.8%. The average density of insects for twelve days decreased to 5.6 head/m~2. The profit of preventing and controlling the grasshopper is 84.6%. The observing from the test for infecting insects shows that: the death insects can be seen from infecting insects after spayed the medicine. At that time more insects were immature at the age of 4-5 days. The death of adult insects appears after spayed it for 25 days. These two kinds of reagent have a good result for profit at continuing preventing and controlling of grasshoppers. While received the corpse of the insects after spayed the medicine for 37days, adult insects are still to being dying. With The reagents of Metarhizium flavoviride have no harm to other insects on the grassland, and have not second poison for living thing, meanwhile it doesn’t pollute the environment, it has a high value to popularize.
