【摘要】 在对定西县复兴流域现场调查和治理规划的基础上 ,分析了流域的生态环境现状与农业经济结构。在对退耕还林还草的生态效益与经济效益进行比较的基础上 ,提出了在黄土高原干旱、半干旱地区应当把人工草地系统建设作为水土保持植被建设的重要内容的观点 ,同时 ,在生态环境建设中 ,应以当地群众经济收入的增长为核心 ,才能实现生态、经济与社会的协同发展。更多还原
