【摘要】 GS0 1是用甘蓝检测获得的家蚕广食性自然突变系统之一 ,对人工饲料也具有优良的摄食性。用对甘蓝叶无摄食性的系统与GS0 1杂交 ,对F1、F2 及BC1世代 5龄起蚕用甘蓝叶检测 ,分析GS0 1对甘蓝摄食性的遗传规律 ,结果 :GS0 1对甘蓝的摄食性由显性主效基因控制 ,推测同时存在修饰基因的作用 ;在其它系统中发现了GS0 1对甘蓝摄食性的显性抑制基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 GS01 is one of natural mutant systems obtained through cabbage feeding experiment,which also has good feeding on artificial diet.Using a system with non-feeding on cabbage crossing with GS01,the genetic law of GS01 to cabbage feeding was analyzed by detecting the 5th instar silkworms of F 1,F 2 and BC 1 generation with cabbage.The results showed that the feeding of GS01 on cabbage was controlled by dominant major genes,presumed simultaneously acted by modificatory genes.Dominant inhibiting genes of GS01 to cabbage feeding in the other systems has been found.更多还原
