【摘要】 在对大型资源枯竭型国有企业——本溪煤炭实业有限公司的关闭破产过程进行调查研究的基础上,提出了资源枯竭型国有企业退出的“本煤模式”。本文梳理了中央、地方政府关于资源枯竭型国有企业关闭破产的有关政策和规定,针对这一过程中存在的诸多问题提出了改进这类国有企业退出的若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the practical investigation of the whole closure and bankruptcy process in a large-scale resource-exhaustible state-owned enterprise (SOE)-Benxi Coal Industry Ltd. , Co. , the paper advances an exit pattern so-called "Pattern for Benxi Coal Industry" for those resource-exhaustible SOEs, and reviews the policies and provisions concerned with the closure and bankruptcy of resource-exhaustible SOEs from the perspectives of central government as well as local governments. Moreover, summing up the principal experience of closure and bankruptcy for resource-exhaustible SOEs, the paper makes an analysis of a good many problems in the process of their closure and bankruptcy, then puts forward some policy suggestions for the improvement of the closure and bankruptcy task of resource-exhaustible SOEs.更多还原
