【摘要】 本文在对过度竞争的界定加以科学辨明的基础上 ,对中国改革以来非国有新企业进入对工业行业市场结构和财务绩效的影响进行了实证检验。结果显示 ,非国有新企业的进入竞争促进了中国工业行业市场集中和绩效的改善 ,非国有新企业的进入竞争并不是导致工业财务绩效恶化的原因 ,相反大量国有过剩生产能力不能有效退出才是导致工业行业财务绩效恶化的根本原因更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the scientific discrimination on excessive competition , this paper test the effects between UN-SOE firm entry and industrial market structure , market performance . The result shows that UN-SOE firm entry improve market concentration and performance , which is not the reason result to industry financial worsen, it is excess product capacity stay in the field.更多还原
