喷油器参数对柴油机排放的影响
Effect of Injector Data on Diesel Engine Emission
【摘要】 喷油过程是影响柴油机燃烧过程的重要组成部分,对柴油机的排放与性能具有重要的影响,而喷油器是影响喷油过程的关键因素。本文通过对柴油机配置不同喷油器所进行的排放对比试验,研究分析了喷油器喷孔流量系数、喷孔直径、针阀升程对排放的影响。
【Abstract】 The fuel injection process plays an important role on combustion. It has important influence on diesel engine performance and emission. And injector is the key factor of affecting injection process. In this paper, the influence of flow coefficient of injector hole, hole diameter and needle lift on emission is studied through contrast experiment of different injectors.
