曲轴硅油减振器匹配计算
Calculation for Matching Silicone Oil Damper for Crankshaft
【摘要】 在曲轴已经定型的条件约束下,通过建立发动机曲轴当量系统模型,进行曲轴扭转振动的计算分析来匹配设计硅油减振器,保证曲轴自由端共振振幅及轴段扭振应力低于许用值,确保曲轴运转安全、可靠。最后通过试验验证匹配计算的准确性。
【Abstract】 Under the constraint condition of finalized crankshaft design, match and design of silicone oil damper for crankshaft are performed by modeling and calculation of crankshaft torsional vibration to ensure that resonance amplitude on the free end of crankshaft and torsional vibration stress on the shaft section are below allowable values insuring safety and reliability of engine operation. And finally, the accuracy of matching calculation is confirmed by the test validation.
