【摘要】 骨骼肌是周围神经系统的靶器官 ,它的发生、功能和结构的维持都受到运动神经的支配和调节 ,一旦失去神经支配 ,骨骼肌将失去收缩功能 ,肌纤维会逐渐萎缩 ,同时肌细胞发生一系列的改变。本文就骨骼肌在失神经支配后 ,发生萎缩的组织、细胞学方面改变的研究进展作一综述。更多还原
