规划师的社会角色与新型规划伦理
The Social Role of Planners and the New Planning Ethics
【摘要】 从目前城市发展建设中的种种误区入手展开讨论 ,探讨了在实践过程中规划师角色的偏离以及导致这种偏离的原因 ,并提出了新的时代背景下新型规划伦理的基本框架。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the author analyzes varieties of mistakes during urban development,and discusses the phenomena and the reasons of the declining of the planners’ role,then puts forward the basic frame of the new planning ethics.
