【摘要】 东北老工业基地是我国城市化水平最发达的地区之一 ,改革开放以来经济发展却相对落后 ,严重地阻滞了其城市化进程。东北老工业基地的特殊区情 ,决定了东北老工业基地振兴要面临资源型城市经济转型、大中城市老工业区旧城改造、产业集群和大都市空间重组、乡村城镇化、城市生态环境整治五大城市化瓶颈。文章在较全面地分析了五大瓶颈后 ,提出了突破五大瓶颈的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The old industry base of Northeast China is one of the highest level regions on urbanization in China. But from carrying out the policy of reforming and opening,its economy has always been relatively backward,which has greatly held back its urbanizing course. In the course of renewing the old industry base,there are five bottlenects or problems on urbanization to need to be broken through.
