【摘要】 随着城市化进程的不断推进和旅游业的迅猛发展,风景区城市化现象日益普遍。在对武陵源风景名胜区的城市化现象和过程进行了实证研究后认为:一方面源自旅游业发展带来的机遇和游客的行为规律,另一方面包括特殊的政策环境、领导认识上的偏差,决策中的失误以及多方利益主体的推动,是风景区城市化的动力机制。论文指出了风景区城市化带来的危害:破坏风景名胜资源,破坏视觉景观,破坏生态水文环境以及不利于区域经济发展。最后,提出了风景区城市化的对策:①合理布局旅游接待设施.严格执行风景名胜区总体规划,做好控制性详细规划,合理使用土地;②改善交通联系;③妥善安置居民生产生活;④限制人口流动;⑤增加政府投入;⑥加强管理。更多还原
