热处理对取向多晶Fe—Ga合金磁致伸缩的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Magnetostriction of Oriented Polycrystal Fe-Ga Alloys
【摘要】 研究了热处理对<110>轴向取向多晶Fe-Ga合金磁致伸缩的影响。Fe100-xGax(x=16~21)合金经过真空感应熔炼,使用定向晶体生长炉制备出棒状<110>轴向取向多晶Fe-Ga合金样品,样品在1100℃保温1h后,炉冷至730℃保温3h,再分别经过炉冷、空冷和水中淬火三种方式冷却至室温。实验发现,取向多晶Fe-Ga合金经过淬火处理后,磁致伸缩性能有明显的改善。在20MPa预压力作用下,Fe83Ga17的饱和磁致伸缩系数sl接近300×10-6。
【Abstract】 After prepared in argon by induction melting, polycrystal Fe100-xGax (x=16~21) alloy rods with <110> axial orientation were prepared at the growth rate of 12mm/min and temperature gradient of 478K/cm in directional solidification furnace. Effect of heat treatment on the magnetostriction of oriented polycrystal Fe-Ga alloys was investigated in this paper. Alloys were heated to 1100℃, stabilized for 1 hour and furnace cooled to 730℃. After annealed at 730℃ for 3 hours, alloys were cooled to room temperature in furnace, in air and by quenching, respectively. Magnetostrictive properties were greatly improved for quenched samples. Under compressive stress of 20MPa,value of saturation strain λs of Fe83Ga17 alloy reached nearly 300 ppm.
