【摘要】 目的 :了解男性慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)病人的膳食质量。　方法 :采用膳食史法和 2 4h回顾法 ,调查 1 4 0例男性CRF病人膳食热量、容易缺乏的营养素摄入量 ,将结果与我国城乡男性每标准人每天营养素摄入量比较。　结果 :男性CRF的病人 ,随着病程的延长热量和多种营养素摄入量呈逐渐下降趋势。　结论 :当前CRF存在热量和多种营养素的摄入不足 ,需引起临床医护人员的重视更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the meal qanity of the patient with chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods: The nutritional state of 140 CRF patients was researched,basing on the diet history.
