黑莓幼树叶片光合特性的研究
Study on the photosynthetic characteristics of young black berry leaves
【摘要】 采用红外线CO2 气体分析仪对美国黑莓幼树光合特性进行研究 ,结果表明 :黑莓叶片光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线 ,最高峰在 9:0 0 ,次高峰在 13:0 0 ,存在“午休”现象。光合速率的季节变化亦呈双峰曲线 ,最高峰在 6月份 ,次高峰在 8月份。光合速率的光补偿点和光饱和点分别为 5 5 μmol (m2 ·s)和 1380 μmol (m2 ·s)。
【Abstract】 Photosynthetic characteristics of young trees leaves of Black berry were studied with a CO2 infrared analyzer. The results showed that, the curve of diurnal variation of leaf photosynthesis showed two peaks, appearing at 9:00 and 13:00, respectively. the curve of seasonal variation of Pn. had two peaks, occurring in June and August, respectively. The light compensation point of photosynthesis and light saturation point of leaves were 55 μmol/(m2·s) and 1 380 μmol/(m2·s).
