地温对设施桃花芽若干生理指标的影响

【摘要】 以二年生设施早露蟠桃为试材 ,研究了休眠期地温对早露蟠桃花芽几个生理指标的影响。结果表明 :休眠期 3种地温处理 ,IOD活性均呈下降趋势 ,12月 10日 2 0℃处理IOD活性最低 ;可溶性糖含量随着低温累积量的增加不断上升 ,常温处理 (CK)可溶性糖含量最高 ,15℃处理次之 ,2 0℃处理最低 ;在休眠解除前常温处理 (CK)蛋白质含量显著高于 2 0℃和 15℃处理 ,但休眠解除后常温处理 (CK)蛋白质含量却显著低于 2 0℃和 15℃处理。开花前 3种地温处理IOD活性和蛋白质含量均降至最低 ,可溶性糖含量也呈下降趋势。

【Abstract】 Effect of soil temperature on several physiological indices of floral buds was studied during dormant period with “Zaolu” cv. The result indicated that IOD activaties of three temperature treatments all descended, among which 20℃ treatment on December 10 was the lowest; Soluble sugar contents of all treatments kept rising with the accumulation of chilling temperature among which natural soil temperature treatment was the highest, 15℃ treatment was lower and 20℃ treatment was lowest; before dormance completion protein content of natural temperature treatment was higher than those of 15℃and 20℃treatments, but after dormance completion, the former was lower; the IOD activaties and protein contents of the three temperature treatments consistently decreased to the lowest and soluble sugar contents descended.
