葱蒜类蔬菜部分栽培品种亲缘关系电泳检测研究

【摘要】 用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术 ,分析了韭菜、大葱和洋葱 3种不同蔬菜品种的种子醇溶蛋白。结果表明 :韭菜、大葱和洋葱的电泳图谱均具有其鲜明特征 ,彼此可以区分 ,可作为各自“指纹” ;韭菜具休眠特性的品种和无休眠特性的品种主要区别在Rf 0 10、0 37两条特征带上 ;洋葱与大葱同源性强。

【Abstract】 Analysis of seeds gliadin of bulb crops was carried out on an improved polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that each of the seed gliadin electrophic band pattern about the three kinds of bulb crops was distinguished from the others, regarded as its fingerprint, the main bands differences between dormancy and no-dormancy types of chives were Rf 0.10 and Rf 0.39, Welsh onion is nearly related to onion. All above showed that the fingerprint of seed gliadin about bulb vegetable crops is useful for studies on relaton and purity identification.
