基于ANSYS的电磁轴承特性分析系统
Analysis on Electromangentic Bearing Characteristics Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 介绍基于ANSYS的电磁轴承磁悬浮力的分析系统 ,分析了磁性材料的非线性特性以及各种电磁轴承结构参数的影响 ,并举例对向心和推力电磁轴承特性的系统分解解与传统解析解进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,利用该分析系统可以方便地对电磁轴承进行优化设计
【Abstract】 On the base of ANSYS software,the analysis system of suspending force of electromagnetic bearing is introduced.The effect of non-linear characteristics of magnetic material and structure parameters on electromagnetic bearings are analyzed in this sysem,and the comparison of characteristics of radial electromagnetic bearing and electromagnetic thrust bearing have been made,the results show that the optimizing design of the electromagnetic bearing can be conveniently made by using this system.
