滚动轴承曲面轮廓形貌测量仪

【摘要】 介绍一种基于激光干涉原理 ,可用于测量轴承内外圈滚道及滚动体轮廓形貌的测量仪。阐述了该仪器的测量原理及测量干涉条纹信号的电路处理方法 ,并进行了实际测量运用。仪器的测量长度为± 3mm ,分辨率 0 .0 1μm ,配备有在LabWindows/CVI基础上开发的虚拟仪器软件包 ,给出了ISO4 2 87- 1997定义的全部二维粗糙度参数。该仪器适合滚动轴承各类零件曲面轮廓形貌测量。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of laser interference , a instrument is introduced, which can be used to measure profile appearance of inner ring raceway,outer ring raceway and rolling element the measuring principle and circuit process method of interference stripe signals are discussed, and practical measurement has been made.The measuring range of the instrument is ±3?mm,the resolution is 0.01?μm. The virtual instrument software developed on Lab Windows/CVI is equipped on the instrument.The all two-dimension roughness parameters defined in ISO4287-1997 standard are given.The instrument is suitable to measure curved surface profile appearance of various parts of the rolling bearings.
