【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound guided diagnosis and reduction of children intussusception.Methods A total of 206 cases with intussusception were diagnosed with ultrasonogrphy.Water enema for reduction of intussusception under ultrasound guidance was performed in 200 cases.Results The diagnostic accuray rate was 100%and the cure rate was 97 %.Conclusions Ultrasonography is the primary method for the diagnosis of intussusception.Hydrostatic peressure enema reduction of intussusception under ultrasound guidance is simple,convenient and easy to master.It is a safe,economic and reliable method worthy for application.更多还原
