【摘要】 目的　探讨 CT与超声诊断胆囊癌的优势及确诊率。方法　对经手术病理证实的、术前曾作过 CT及超声检查的 35例胆囊癌进行回顾性总结分析。结果　 35例胆囊癌中 CT诊断正确率为 6 5 .7% ,超声诊断正确率为 77.1% ,两者结合诊断正确率为 82 .9%。结论　 CT对明确晚期胆囊癌对周围组织的侵犯程度有明显优势 ,超声对胆囊癌的早期发现优于 CT,两者结合 ,可提高胆囊癌的诊断正确率并准确分期 ,为临床提供可靠的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the superiority and the accurate diagnostic rate of CT and B-ultrasonography in diagnosing cholecystic carcinoma. Methods Thirty-five cases with pathologically-proved cholecystic carcinoma examined by CT and ultrasonography were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 35 cases of cholecystic carcinoma,the accurate diagnostic rates were:CT,65.7%;ultrasonography 77.1%;combining CT with ultrasonography 65.7%. Conclusions CT has evident superiority for diagnosing cholecystic carcinoma infiltrating to adjacent tissues.Ultrasonography is superior to CT in detecting the early stage cholecystic carcinoma.To combine CT with ultrasonography can raise the accurate diagnostic rate,define the stages of carcinoma.and offer reliable clinic informations.更多还原
