【摘要】 目的　探讨超声诊断精索静脉曲张及分级与临床诊断之间的相关性。方法　分析 30条正常精索静脉和 79条曲张静脉管腔内径和多普勒表现 ,进行统计学分析。结果　精索静脉内径病变组明显大于对照组 ,P<0 .0 0 1 ;对照组静脉无返流 ,病变组临床型返流在 b级以上 ,亚临床型返流以 a级为主。结论　超声检查精索静脉曲张准确、可重复性强 ,与临床诊断二者之间有很好的相关性 ,对亚临床型精索静脉曲张有重要应用价值 ,结合管腔内径与返流程度对曲张分级更有意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of CDFI classification and the clinical diagnosing varicocele.Methods The internal diameter of spernatic vein in 30 normal individuals(contral group)and 79 patients with varicocele(clinical group)were calculated with CDFI.Results The average internal diameter of the spermatic vein in the clinical group had significant difference with that of the control group, P <0 001;There was no reflux in the control group.The degree of blood reflux in the clinical group was the Ib grade and the subclinical group was Ia grade.Conclusions CDFI is accurate and duplicatable for the examination of the varicocele,and its classification has close relationship with clinical diagnosis.Combining with the measurement of the internal diameter of spermatic vein and the degree of reflux,CDFI is more valuable in the diagnosis of subclinical varicocele.更多还原
