【摘要】 目的　了解房间隔膨出瘤 (IVSBA)的超声特征 ,评价超声诊断 IVSBA的价值。方法　全部患者应用二维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查 ,共检出 IVSBA患者 2 4例 ,另 4例为正常人。结果　 2 4例 IVSBA患者中 ,右室流出道狭窄 4例 ,肺动脉狭窄 7例 ,室间隔缺损并肺动脉高压 8例 ,高血压 5例。 1 9例患者已经手术证实。结论　 IVSBA需早期诊断 ,追踪观察 ,为临床提供合适的治疗时机更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristics of ultrasound images in interventricular septal bulged aneurysm(IVSBA)and to evaluate the value of ultrasound in diagnosing the disease.Methods Twelve thousand patients were monitored with twe dimensional color Doppler flow imaging and 24 IVSBA patients were found.Results Twenty four IVSBA patients together with 4 normal subjects were examined.There were:right ventricular outflow tract stenosis,4 cases;pulonary artery stenosis,7 cases;,ventricular septal defect with pulmonary artery hypertension,8 cases;hypertension patients,5 cases.Ninteen cases were proved by operation.Conclusions IVSBA should be diagnosed early and be monitored constantly,so a proper treatment oppotunity can be got for clinical.更多还原
