双氧水声学造影评价输卵管的通畅性

【摘要】 目的 评价双氧水声学造影 (SSG)对输卵管通畅性的诊断价值。方法 选择不孕症妇女 97例 ,采用 1 .5 %双氧水作为造影剂 ,行阴道超声引导下输卵管声学造影术 ,其中 4 3例行子宫输卵管碘油造影 (HSG)。结果 双侧输卵管通畅 31例 ,部分通畅 4 7例 ,输卵管阻塞 1 9例 ;与碘油造影的阳性符合率为 84 .3%。结论 双氧水声学造影可作为评价输卵管通畅性的简便方法

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of sonosalpingography(SSG) of H 2O 2 in tubal obstruction.Methods Ninety seven cases with infertility underwent SSG of 1 5% H 2O 2 using transvaginal ultrasonography Hysterosalpingography(HSG) of iodine solution were performed in 43 cases.Results Both sides of fallopian tubes were passable in 31 cases There are 47 cases with one side passable and other side partially passable or impassable Nineteen cases had impassable tubes on both sides The concordance between SSG and HSG was 84 3%.Conclusions SSG of H 2O 2 is a simple and useful method in the diagnosis of tubal obstruction.
