【摘要】 目的　探讨实时三维超声透明模式在胆囊疾病中的应用价值。方法　使用实时三维超声对 89例胆囊疾病诊断。结果　实时三维超声透明模式能够清晰显示胆囊病变的大小、数量、立体形态、胆囊壁回声 ,病变与胆囊壁的关系。结论　实时三维超声透明模式对胆囊疾病的诊断更加准确更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This article discusses the application value of the transparent mode of real time three dimensional ultrasound in cholecystic diseases.Methods This study included 89 cases with cholecystic diseases using real time three dimensional ultrasound.Results The transparent mode could distinctly display:the quality,quantity and solid shapes of cholecystic pathologic changes,the echo of cholecystic wall,and the relationship between pathologic changes and the cholecystic wall.Conclusions The transparent mode of real time three dimensional ultrasound can make the diagnosis of cholecystic disease more accurate.更多还原
