多普勒组织显像对高血压患者腹主动脉壁运动的研究

【摘要】 目的 评价多普勒组织显像 (DTI)对高血压患者腹主动脉 (AAo)前壁运动速度定量检测的应用价值。方法 使用 Acuson Sequoia 5 1 2彩超仪 ,探头频率 2 .0~ 3.5 MHz,具有 DTI- PW功能 ,对 93例高血压患者的 AAo前壁进行 DTI- PW检查 ,结合同步心电图描记 ,对 DTI- PW频谱各个波进行观察测量 ,并同时测量电-机械时间 (EMT)、左室射血前期 (PEP)、脉搏波传递时间 (PWT,PWT=EMT- PEP) ,并与健康对照组比较加以统计分析。结果 高血压患者的 AAo前壁的 DTI- PW的频谱波形特点为 :E、 S1 、 S2 、 D峰值均有下降 ,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;有时可出现 E峰消失、 S1 与 S2 峰融合、波峰后移 ,PWT间期缩短 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 运用 DTI技术对高血压患者 AAo前壁运动速度和 PWT的测量 ,可作为评价高血压患者腹主动脉壁弹性和顺应性的一项新指标

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) in detecting and quantification of abdominal aortic wall motion velocities in patients with hypertension disease.Methods The velocities of abdominal aortic wall motion in ninety three patients with hypertension disease were detected using Acuson Sequoia 512 ultrasound unit equipped with Doppler tissue imaging capability Abdominal aortic wall motion velocities including systolic and diastolic velocities,electromechanical time(EMT),and pre ejection period (PEP) were measured and recorded respectively Pulsed wave time (PWT) is equal to EMT PEP.Results The characteristics of DTI PW spectrum of abdominal aortic wall motion in patients with hypertension were as follows:The peak value of E,S 1,S 2,and D was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0 001) Sometime peak E vanished and peak S 1 and peak S 2 fused together PWT was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions These results suggest that DTI be a promising new tool for the quantification of abdominal aortic wall motion velocities
