【Abstract】 The Bebauungsplan (Implementation plan,B-plan) is the traditional tool of the urban development regulation in the Federal Republic of Germany. To safeguard the urban sustainable development effectively,it has already formed scientific theory and method based on long-term practice. This paper analyses the German Bebauungsplan from the legal framework,content,preparation procedures,and implementation.
