【摘要】 土地储备制度的实施对加强城市政府对土地市场的宏观调控 ,控制土地供给总量 ,规范土地市场发展起到了明显的作用 ,但随着实施过程的深入 ,目前也遇到了一些制约因素 ,其中最主要的就是土地储备资金问题。本文分析了目前土地储备资金渠道的局限性 ,然后有针对性地提出了几种拓宽资金渠道的新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of Urban Land Reserve System(ULRS) has played an obvious role to strengthen the urban government’s macro-adjustments and controls of the land market,control the total amount of land supply,standardize the development of land market.However,with the deepening of the implementing course,there are some restriction factors at present,the most important one of which is the issue of the fund of Urban Land Reserve System.This essay analyzes at first the limitation of the channels of the fund of this system at present,then puts forward several new trains of thought of how to widen the channels of the fund purposefully,hopes to enlighten and help the settlement of this problem to some extent.更多还原
