【Abstract】 The imperfection of the product quantity law is, to some degree ascribed to the lack of the spirit of economic law, which can be analysed from the context of the competition and the macro-control in the product quality law. It is concluded that the perfection and implementation of the product quality law need the guidance of the spirit of the economic law in order to actualize the regulative function for market economy and promote the improvement of the quality of products in the enterprises.更多还原
