【Abstract】 Great progresses have been made in planting of urban forest in China, but there are still some pointed problems. According to field trials some cause of these shortcomings are analyzed and their improving suggestions are given in the paper. The key problems are the shortage of native species, the single structure and the low degree of naturalization of green space or urban forest. And the main reasons are political and economic, especially the overmuch seeking for ideas and ways ofplanting of west gardens. Planting of approx-natural communities is an important way to solve these problems and it also would be the new way to construct urban green space.更多还原
