【Abstract】 The method of image compression combining wavelet transform and fractal compression has been studied. It is consisted of fractal coding in low-frequency of wavelet transform coefficient and zero-tree (coding) in high-frequency part. It overcomes the difficulty that zero-tree code does not consider the high (energy) trait in low-frequency image and cuts down the domino effect of (recovery) image in fractal (compression).更多还原
