【Abstract】 By focusing on corresponding development of urban rail transit and land use, the paper analysis the effect of the land use north to the Huilongguan station on the northern segment of Beijing metro line 13. Some ideas are put forward to adjust Huoying land use and to harmonize passenger volume on Longze, Huilongguan and Huoying, summarizes the passenger volume effects of different land use along urban rail transit.更多还原
