【摘要】 本文 从城市 土地利 用与交通 的互动 关系出 发,回顾国外一些 城市的交通发展 情况,指出城市交通模式可以改变土 地利用格局。详细介绍 城市土地利用与交通规 划协 调 发展 的理 想模 式——公交 导向 发 展 (TO D ),并对 我国城市实施TO D 策略 进行全面的分析和探 讨,提出适合我国城市 发展的土地利用策 略及交通体系。最后以大 连市 为研 究对 象, 结合 “大大 连” 建设 的远 景目 标,提 出以轨道交通为 主体的TO D 型土地开发策 略,力争通过交通模式的改变使城市的土地利用布局得以优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In terms of the interaction between land use and transportation, histories of transportation systems in several foreign countries are reviewed and the effects of urban transportation system on land use pattern are illustrated. Transit Oriented Development (TOD), which is considered as a rational strategy for urban land use and transportation development, is illustrated in detail. Discussions on employing TOD in China cities are done, and suitable land use pattern and transportation system are suggested. Moreover, in order to optimize urban land use pattern through changing transportation system in the context of "Great Dalian", rail transit based TOD strategies in Dalian are put forth.更多还原
