红外热图像技术在复合材料表面缺陷检测中的理论分析(英文)
Theoretical Analysis of Subsurface Defects Detection of Composite Material Using Infrared Thermal Imaging Technique
【摘要】 介绍了脉冲加热红外无损检测的基本原理,利用有限元的方法建立了数学模型,并且给出了Matlab仿真结果.在原理分析和仿真结果的基础上,通过实验证明了在缺陷检测和选择最优热检测参数方面建立有限元热传导模型是有效和通用的工具.
【Abstract】 The fundamental principles of pulse thermal Infrared nondestructive detection was described and, The thermal mathematical model of defects in composite material was established with the help of a finite-difference model, Some simulated results with Matlab was shown. Based on theoretical and simulating results, a experimental has been provided, practice showed that finite-difference thermal-flow modeling techniques are a powerful and versatile tool to predict defect visibility and to choose the optimum thermal-inspection parameters.
