【摘要】 介绍了一种基于视窗操作系统中超声在线自动检测系统,着重研究了视窗操作系统下超声控制、数据采集和信号实时处理之间的关系及其程序结构.针对视窗操作系统实时处理能力弱的特点设计了集超声发射控制、自动数据采集、定时控制、FIFO缓冲等电路于一体的采集控制器,实现了超声发射、数据采集时序自动控制,同时使用大容量的先进先出缓冲技术使数据实时处理、显示刷新成为可能.该技术不仅满足了在Windows操作系统下开发的超声检测系统的要求,而且简化了程序结构.

【Abstract】 This paper proposed an online automatic detecting system based on Windows operation system, studied the relations among ultrasonic-control, acquisition and signal processing, and gived a program structure of the system. Aiming at the weak character on real-time ability in Windows operation system, an acquisition-controller is designed. The acquisition controller with ultrasonic burst-trigger circuit, acquisition circuit, timer circuit and FIFO buffer is used. By the acquisition controller, a computer can process those acquired data and re-brush screen while the acquisition-controller is running. On Windows operation system, this way may meet the needs of ultrasonic detective system, and simplify its software and hardware.
