整骨机器人中股颈骨折自动整复的研究

【摘要】 首次提出了建立在普通X光机基础上的骨折整复机器人的机械和控制结构,以及9点,6线,二角和一距的股骨颈骨折自动整复特征提取策略.阐述了股骨颈骨折在自动整复中X线图像处理的方法,特征提取的过程以及自动整复的步骤;讨论了基于小波分析与变换的图像消噪,基于小波包分解、重构与统计差值法的图像增强和基于Z-H法的特征提取;并据此实现了股骨颈骨折远端的外展、牵拉和内旋等自动整复操作.

【Abstract】 This paper presents a mechanical and control structure of robot for fracture-resetting, based on ordinary X-ray device. And at the same time a strategy for features extraction is put forward, that is nine points, six lines, two angles and one distance. Methods for X-ray image processing, procedure of features extraction and resetting steps are discussed, including noise elimination by wavelet transform, image enhancement based on wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction and statistics difference algorithm, features extraction based on Zuniga-Haralick method, automatic resetting steps of extended, traction and rotation inward of distant part of femoral neck fracture. All data of the setting is saved in database of setting data information.
