【摘要】 以对杭州市区2000-2003年四年间共13000多个项目的数据处理与分析结果为基础,对杭州城市建设用地增量大小,增量的功能结构与空间分布进行了初步的分析,研究结果表明,四年来杭州城市建设用地的增长已经大大超过了城市总体规划的安排,同时在功能结构及空间分布上也存在着许多不尽合理的地方。研究结果也表明,由于实际建设用地增长数量以及功能结构、空间布局与现有城市规划布局所依据的用地规模以及增长数量、功能结构、空间布局安排的巨大差距,已经使得现有城市总体规划很难发挥对城市建设的实际指导作用。更多还原
