【摘要】 辨析了协调的概念,解读了协调的三个含义,即协作、调解和和谐,其中本质的涵义是协作,并据此推论出区域协调发展在理论上的可能性。认为区域协调发展并非是为了避免内部竞争、按照区域一盘棋的思路来统一安排各项经济建设活动,相反,它鼓励有序竞争。同时,界定了区域协调发展的内涵,指出了区域协调发展的方向是区域一体化,一体化能带来许多好处,但推动区域一体化的根本力量应该依靠市场机制的完善,政府可以通过制度创新引导和加快这一进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 By identifying the concept ofcoordination, this paper deduces that there exists a theo-retical possibility of the coordination on regionaldevelopment. It suggests that coordination does not meana combined action in the region to avoid internalcompetition, on the contrast, it encourages orderlycompetition. On the bases of the definition of the con-cept of the coordination on regional development, itfinds that the direction of which is the regional integra-tion which rely on the improvement of the market system,and the institutional renovation by government couldexpedite this process.更多还原
