【摘要】 分析了广州市城中村的社会经济状况,总结和评析了广州“城中村”现状及改造方案,重新审视“城中村”改造中出现的问题与矛盾,认为城中村问题的核心问题是“转制”以后村集体股份制公司的管理以及村民的出路问题和适应外来流动人口需求的城市住房供给问题,最后提出城中村改造的新思路,即:构建“政府—村民—开发商”的利益均衡机制以改造其物质环境,智力支持和教育补偿以改造村村委会及村民,城乡信息沟通渠道的畅通和补偿方式的多样化,以及城中村空间改造及功能重塑的多样化模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the social and economicsituation of villages in the city of Guangzhou, thispaper reviews the redevelopment of the city villagesin Guangzhou and re-evaluates the problems and con-flicts appeared in this process. It discovers that thekey problems are the management of the collectivejoint-stock companies, the way for villagers to makea living and the housing supply for the floatingpopulation. Thus, it presents such countermeasuresto solve those problems as establishing a tri-lateralbenefit-balancing mechanism which involves citygovernment, villagers and developers, providing edu-cation and training support to the villagers, keepinginformation communication between the city and thevillage, diversifying the compensations to the villagers,restructuring the space and function of the village.更多还原
