配电网故障及其控制措施研究
Research on Faults and Control Measures in Distribution Networks
【摘要】 从配电网的结构以及内、外过电压水平和运行维护等方面对配电网故障进行了系统的研究.配电网内部过电压发生的几率较高,遭雷击的概率大、而其防雷措施薄弱,特别是缺少直击雷的保护措施.内部过电压和雷电过电压的共同作用对配电网的安全运行构成了很大的威胁.此外,恶劣的运行环境、不当的运行维护也是配电网故障频发的主要原因.提出了降低配电网故障的措施,如加强配电网的防雷保护,使用自动跟踪补偿消弧装置对铁磁谐振过电压和弧光接地过电压进行治理,降低配电网的故障建弧率,加强配电网的运行维护和设备管理等.
【Abstract】 Faults of distribution networks are systematically analyzed from distribution networks structure, overvoltage level, distribution networks operation and maintenance. High rate of internal overvoltage and lightning overvoltage,and high rate of lightning strike but run short of lightning countermeasures of lightning direct strike threat the distribution networks greatly. And terrible operating environment, improper operation and maintenance are also the reasons of faults of distribution networks. Consequently, such measures to lessen faults of distribution networks as lightning protection are put forward. Treatment of ferromagnet resonance overvoltage and arc ground overvoltage are properly dealt with by using automatic tracing arc suppression apparatus. The rate of fault generating arc is reduced, and operation, maintenance, and management of devices in distribution networks are strengthened.
