城市化,岂能一化了之——论城市化进程中对农民补偿的原则与机制
On urbanization development process——On compensating principle and mechanism in urbanization process
【摘要】 "三农"问题的根源在于长期以来城市化的滞后。解决"三农"问题,必须走实施农村城市化战略的道路,加快推进城市化进程,要依靠和平渡让的方式推进,建立起对农民合理的、长效的、制度化的补偿机制。
【Abstract】 The source of "Three Agricultural Problems" lies in long-term backward urbanization. The solution to "Three Agricultural Problems" must implement rural urbanization strategy and accelerate urbanization process and depend on peaceful development mode and establish reasonable, long-term and systematic compensating mechanism.
