【摘要】 目的　观察心肌生长因子 (MGF)纯提物在实验犬体内的慢性毒理作用。方法　实验犬 1 5只随机分为 3组 ,进行为期 6周的慢性毒理实验。其中两个给药组分别经腹腔注射MGF 2 0 0 μg·kg-1 ·d-1 和 1 0 0 μg·kg-1 ·d-1 。对照组每日给予等容量的生理盐水 ,观察实验组及对照组各慢性毒理指标。结果　MGF对实验犬的生长发育、体重增长、血液学、血液生化学以及各重要脏器的组织学结构均无不良影响 ;也未见发生迟缓性毒性。结论　初步观察到MGF对实验犬无明显慢性毒性 ,可望进入临床验证阶段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the chronic toxicity of myocardium growth factor (MGF) on experimental dogs in vivo.Methods The fifteen dogs were divided into three groups.Two groups were injected with MGF (100 and 200μg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) by intra abdominal cavity respectively for six weeks,but the control group was injected with normal saline.The indexes of toxicity were observed in three groups respectively.Results The growth,weight,hematic cells,serum biochemical indexes and histological structures of main organs in the all of experimental dogs were not affected by MGF.Conclusion MGF has not chronic toxicity on experimental dogs and can be used safely in clinic.更多还原
