【摘要】 目的　探讨人乳头瘤病毒 1 6 / 1 8型与宫颈病变的关系。方法　用两种方法采集 6 0例宫颈病变患者和 4 8例对照的宫颈分泌物 ,以FQ PCR定量检测 1 6 / 1 8型HPV ,结合临床病理诊断分析两者间的关系。结果　CIN患者其HPV阳性率为6 6 .7% ,宫颈炎患者中HPV的阳性率为 1 8.5 % ,对照组的HPV无 1例阳性。结论　HPV感染与宫颈的多种病变关系密切更多还原

【Abstract】 s:Objective To investigate the relationship between the type 16/18 human papiloma virus and the cervical lesions.Methods Two methods were used to collect the cervical secretions of 60 cases with cervical lesions and 48 cases of control subjects.The type 16/18 HPV was quantitatively detecterd by the pluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay.Combined with the clinical pathological diagnosis,the relationship between the type 16/18 HPV and the cervical lesions was analysed.Results The positive rates of the CIN patiens and the cervical inflammation patients were respectively 66.7% and 18.5%,while all the control cases were HPV negative.Conclusion HPV infection was closely linkded with various cervical lesions.更多还原
